Authors and reviewers

Coding articles are written by certified coders (CPC / CIC / CCS / equivalent) or RCM leads. Every regulatory interpretation is reviewed by a second credentialed coder before publishing.

Coding examples

Sample codes in articles are illustrative. Always verify against the current official manual before using in production claims.

Conflicts of interest

Authors disclose vendor relationships, certification body affiliations, and consulting engagements.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected with a visible note + entry in /corrections/. Coding accuracy isn't optional here.
